Howard A. Zemsky
Howard Zemsky is managing partner of the Larkin Development Group. The firm is actively redeveloping the historic Larkin District in Buffalo into a mixed-use commercial, residential, and retail district.
Zemsky serves as a chairman of the Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority (NFTA), is co-chair of the WNY Regional Economic Development Council, is president of the Richardson Center Corporation, and is chair of the Buffalo State College Council.
He holds a bachelor's degree from Michigan State University and an M.B.A. from the University of Rochester.
Zemsky and his wife, Leslie, have lived in Buffalo for 30 years and have raised three children.
