Former Buffalo State President Muriel A. Howard Visits the Honors Program

Muriel A. Howard, Ph.D., Buffalo State's seventh president, visited campus on December 7 to spend time with staff and students of the Honors Program that bears her name. Buffalo State's Muriel A. Howard Honors Program offers academically challenging opportunities for high-achieving and intellectually committed undergraduate students. Students in the program enjoy an exhilarating academic journey of shared intellectual and creative pursuits, scholarship, and service learning, both in and outside the classroom. This was Howard's first visit to the new Honors Program suite in South Wing.
