Buffalo State offers rolling admission, please check the First-Year, Transfer, and Graduate admissions pages for specific application deadlines.

Applications are reviewed as they are completed and received—the first round of fall decisions go out in mid-December for first-year (freshman) students and in mid-January for transfers.

You are welcome to submit an application at any time during the year, but are encouraged to apply as soon as you are able. The majority of our classes fill early in the semester.
