Buffalo State University 2024 Homecoming Tailgate and Football Game

Buffalo State boosters enjoyed a weeklong celebration of “State” during the 2024 Homecoming and Family Week festivities September 23–29. This year’s theme, “Together We Grow,” celebrated the Buffalo State community and its strength in unity, growth, and connection. A slew of activities included the Buffalo State Foundation Scholarship Golf and Pickleball Classic at the Orchard Park Country Club; the two-day Anne Frank Project Social Justice Festival, featuring a keynote address by alumnus Lazarus Lynch, ’16; Homecoming Happy Hour at Coyer Field; mascot Benji’s 153rd birthday party; a special alumni concert and reception; and, of course, the Homecoming Tailgate Party and Football Game!
