About the Program

The master of science in business management develops and prepares managers to meet the growing needs of business, public sector, and nonprofit organizations.

This program provides advanced business education and organizational training and capitalizes on Buffalo State College’s urban location, international border, economic cost of the program, and the ebb and flow of local, regional and national politics and policies.

Students will develop and integrate management knowledge into organizational decision-making; develop techniques for effective management of professional behavior and relationships; evaluate data to make business decisions accordingly; communicate and present clearly and concisely to a wide audience; identify, evaluate and use emerging technologies to evaluate business opportunities; and be an effective project manager, collaborative team member, and strong leader.
