Our M.S. in urban education meets the academic requirements for a New York State professional certificate for post-baccalaureate students and provides a framework of advanced study in the theory and pedagogy of urban education.
The Urban Civic Education minor emphasizes civic agency and is designed to inform the student about public work, public achievement, and community organizing.
