Submit required documents

  • Copy of passport
     
  • Personal Essay (FSA-2)
     
  • Financial Statement (FSA-4)
     
  • Official academic transcripts  (official transcripts must be mailed or emailed from an official school email address)
     
  • Official TOEFL, IELTS, iTEP, PTE Academic, or the Duolingo English Test score report (unless English is the official language of your home country and English was your language of instruction). Please use institutional code 2533 when requesting your score report.
     
  • Transfer students, with international transcripts, must submit a course-by-course transfer-credit evaluation conducted by a National Association of Credential Evaluation Services (NACES) member agency, such as IEEWES, SpanTran, or SILNY.
